These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of both custom and pre-made artistic items, including but not limited to paintings, resin creations, candles, body butters, perfume oils, snow globes, tumblers, and other handmade products. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders and Customization

Custom orders require full payment or a non-refundable deposit before work begins.

Once a custom order is in production, changes cannot be made.

Production time varies based on complexity; estimated completion times will be communicated.

For personalized items, accurate details must be provided by the customer.


3. Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.

Payments are accepted via Paypal & Stripe payment processing.

All orders must be paid in full before shipping/delivery.


4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times vary based on the product and location.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Buyers are responsible for providing correct shipping details.

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us to discuss possible resolutions.


5. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Custom Orders: Non-refundable and non-returnable unless damaged upon arrival.

Pre-made Items: Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Buyer covers return shipping costs.

Skincare Products: Due to hygiene reasons, all skincare items (body butters, perfume oils, etc.) are final sale.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.


6. Product Disclaimer

Artistic Items: Each handmade piece is unique and may have slight variations in color, texture, or design. These are not defects but part of the artistic process.

Skincare Products: Always conduct a patch test before using skincare items. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. Consult a doctor if you have concerns about ingredients.


7. Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, artwork, and creations are the intellectual property of Indigo Flame. Reproducing, copying, or reselling our work without permission is prohibited.


8. Liability and Indemnification

We are not liable for any misuse of our products. Buyers assume responsibility for proper use and handling.

We do not guarantee specific results from skincare products, as individual reactions may vary.
